In accordance with the Ministry of Education’s Regulation 304, “School Year Calendar, Professional Activity Days,” the ǸԹ (YCDSB) is providing the following summary of P.A. Day activities at the elementary level on Friday, June 5, 2026.

Elementary – Report Card Writing

Elementary teachers will write report cards, which will be available to parents/guardians on the Parent Portal on Thursday, June 25, 2026, after 4 p.m.

Curtis is a passionate and dynamic guest speaker who will be sharing his rich and powerful family story Trail Train 13. Curtis has dedicated his life to supporting and providing opportunities for Black and Indigenous youth and families across Ontario. Curtis has worked tirelessly to advocate for the homeless and those in need of mental health support. Curtis is the co-founder of the 9 Heaven’s Healing Academy and is a former CFL player for the Toronto Argonauts and Hamilton Tiger Cats. Curtis will be joining the St. Luke Catholic Learning Centre community for the next four weeks to showcase Black Excellence & Indigenous History.
